Hi all. I have been a long time lurker and have found some the advice here very useful. I hope that some of your may be able to help me. My company is in the process of potentially implementing a new piece of software. The software will be used globally and so I am visiting the vendor and viewing its suitability from a UK perspective. I understand that what I have been asked to conduct is some form of gap analysis, but I am not sure, despite spending hours on google! Does anyone have tips or good resources as to the best way to go about analysing whether the new software meets our needs and whether it is missing anything crucial? Also, the best way of presenting my findings to my manager? Thank you in advance for any help or advice you may be able to give.
